Uniphone Telecommunication Co., Ltd. specializes in telecom products, including Hybrid IP-PBX systems, integrated Nurse Call Systems, and IP visual intercom system design and production since 1987. As a financially stable company, we maintain at least six months’ worth of component inventory to support our production capacity. This strategy helped us avoid the global component shortage during the COVID-19 pandemic over the past two years.

We have specialized in R&D, manufacturing, and marketing of telecom products for more than three decades. Most Uniphone PBX systems have been upgraded to in-house video-compatible PBX systems, which can be further enhanced into Hybrid IP-PBX systems by installing a built-in VoIP card. In response to the growing demand for medical communication, we have developed and installed our nurse call and emergency call systems in numerous hospitals, elderly care centers, and clinics across Taiwan. Our systems have also been introduced to hospitals and clinics in Egypt, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam through our overseas distributors.

We aim to expand our global distribution network.

Currently, we operate through four branch offices and three major distribution networks in Taiwan, supported by over 500 domestic agents. Internationally, we have established distributors in Brunei, Vietnam, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Oman. We continue to actively promote our products in the global market.
